LJ Systems was selected to install the Audio and Visual System for the new AUPE
Ofce - The system consists of multiple board rooms, a large divisible room, displays,
integrated audio systems and more. - We also installed all structured cabling, fiber optics,
installed network racks and PDU’s, and UPS Battery Back Up.

We are proud to have been part of the team, along side Aman Builders and AltaPro, on this new
modern High School in St. Albert - LJ Systems installed all Structured Cabling (Fiber and Copper), along side a state of the
art new A/V System - Including Video Walls, Audio, and Stage Lighting.

Larry Trach
OWNER
Larry started LJ Systems in 2004, and has over 20 years in the low voltage communications industry. Having worked hands on in all areas of the
business having grown it from the ground up, from pulling cable to installing devices, he knows what customers need and has the experience to make sure the job gets off to the best start.
Having expanded his knowledge and training to card access, surveillance, audio and visual systems, nurse call systems and more, Larry is able to share that knowledge with clients to help design and price their projects ensuring all their needs are met.
Derek Armstrong
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Derek Armstrong has over 15 years experience as a low voltage systems
integrator.
Derek has been involved in all aspects of the trade, working hands in the
field and in the office. This experience is vital in helping fellow employees learn and understand their roles, and ensuring projects are done to LJ Systems standards.
Derek has been employed with LJ systems since 2014 and has managed many commercial and institutional projects in range from $10,000 - $1,000,000 while ensuring his projects are on time and on budget

Jacob Longley has been actively involved in the Low Voltage industry for over 10 years.
In the last 5 years, Jacob has been involved in estimating over $15 Million in projects, including design build projects.
Jacob's experience in the industry allows him to be able to work closely with customers to ensure all their needs are met, including their budgets

Service department as it looks to cover all of our clients requests as well as exploring new technology for their implementation.
Richard Weiers
SERVICE MANAGER
Richard has over 15 years of experience as a low voltage system Integrator with experience in commercial and residential projects, as well as experience managing large multi-system projects.
He began his career as a junion technician in the field understanding all aspects of the projects before moving into the service department due to his extensive knowledge in multiple systems.
In his role as Service Manager at LJ Systems, Richard fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication and client service skills enhance LJ Systems process-driven management philosophy.
Shane Leavitt
PROJECT MANAGER
Shane has been employed with LJ Systems for nearly 10 years. He has a 20 year history in the construction and data cabling industry.
His project experience has been heavy in Alberta Health Services, University of Alberta, and NAIT projects.
Shane is a highly accomplished Low voltage Systems Integrator and excels in Kantech Card Access Systems, DSC Intrusion Systems, and Commscope Systems
Darren Hammell
PROJECT MANAGER
Darren has over 15 years work in all areas of the telecommunications industry, from cabling to card access.
As project manager for LJ Systems, Darren is responsible for maintaining the integration, and implementation of multiple structured cabling projects, while controlling all aspects of the project and personnel involved to maximize profit, and control costs.
Darren is involved in all levels of the project from installation to team collaboration and reinforces the need for excellence and safety.
Kuljit Singh
PROJECT MANAGER
Kuljit has over 10 years of experience working in the security and telecommunications industries. During his time at LJ Systems Kuljit has risen from Technician to Project Manager by show casing his vast knowledge of Kantech Card Access Systems, Key Scan Card Access Systems, Axis Camera/Access Control Systems , Hikvision Camera Systems, DSC Intrusion Systems. With a strong focus on education Kuljit enjoys sharing his knowledge with the LJ team and is well versed in over 15 different systems to help LJ Customers.
Craig Stonehouse
WAREHOUSE / PURCHASING
Craig brings over 10 years of warehouse management across many industries and it lends to successfully keeping track of inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments, company assets and daily deliveries. His keen interest in what makes things tick lends to learning the multitude of materials required across each low voltage system with ease. His personality always makes it a pleasurable experience when interacting with others.
